By accessing or using Trust Brokers ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

Trust Brokers provides a cryptocurrency investment platform that allows registered users to:

• Deposit supported cryptocurrencies into their account wallet
• Select and activate investment packages with defined durations and return rates
• Withdraw earnings to their registered cryptocurrency wallet addresses
• Refer new users to the platform and earn referral bonuses

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

All investment returns and percentages shown on the platform are projected figures based on current market conditions and our trading strategies. They are not guaranteed. Market conditions can change rapidly and actual returns may differ significantly from projected figures.

Trust Brokers shall not be liable for any loss of principal or profits arising from investment activities on the platform.

4. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@trustbrk.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• One person may not hold more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.

5. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in the cryptocurrencies listed on the platform (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, TRX). Deposits are credited to your account after admin review and blockchain confirmation.

Trust Brokers is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or funds lost due to network issues outside our control.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per investment plan as shown on the platform.

6. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours of request submission on business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $200 USD equivalent.
• You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal wallet addresses. We cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect addresses.
• A withdrawal PIN is required to authorise all withdrawal requests for your security.
• We reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

7. KYC Verification

We may require users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting government-issued identification documents. This is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect our platform from fraudulent activity.

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted access to certain features including withdrawals.

8. Referral Programme

Users may refer new investors using their unique referral ID. Referral bonuses are credited to your account when the referred user successfully registers and makes a qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to change and may be revised without prior notice.

Abuse of the referral system (including self-referral or fraudulent referrals) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or bonus programmes
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Brokers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
